              Hours of Operation

                  Daily Hours:

• Monday-Thursday 7AM-6PM
• Friday-7AM-5PM
• Saturday 7AM-1PM Starting May 17th
• Sunday -8AM-6PM

                   Payment

• - Payment is due at pickup no later.

              Boarding Policies

• Pickup Time: Dogs must be picked up by 1 PM
• Late Pickup: Additional fee applies for pickups after 1 PM
• Closing Time: If unable to pick up by closing time, your dog will stay for another night.
• Cancellation requires 24 hour notice. Please remember when cancelling to cancel both The Drop Off and The Pick Up appointment.

              Grooming Services

• - Baths available for additional cost
• - If you have requested a bath and needing to reschedule pick up, please let me know in advance, so that we don’t bath your dog until the correct pick up date.

             Arrival Timing

• We open promptly at 7 AM Monday-Saturday, and  8 AM Sundays.
• 15-minute grace period for appointment times
• - Your selected time is your confirmed appointment time
•  You can reschedule as late as two hours prior to your booking. 
• Please text for delays so we can coordinate with other appointments

              Pricing

• Overnight Boarding:
• - Puppy to Age 2: $35
• - Age 2 and up: $30

             Daycare:

• - Half Day: $20
• - Full Day: $25
