        Maggie Waggie Tails Policies

• Payment is due at pickup if you have not paid in advance. 
  
• When scheduling pickups, drop offs, and all grooming services, please book them no later than 24 hours in advance. We need at least a 24 hour notice before we can schedule your pickup, drop off, or grooming service. If you do not give a 24 hour notice, your booking will not be accepted.  

• If your dog is boarding, they need to be picked up by 11am. If you need a pick up later than 11am, let them stay for daycare! There will be an additional price if you choose this. 

• We close at 6pm. If you cannot pick your dog up by 6pm, they are welcome to stay and enjoy the slumber pawty!

• Pick ups and drop offs need to send a notice at least 10 minutes before you arrive. This allows us to be prepared, and everyone has a smoother transition. 

• Grooming services are offered! Please be sure to book all grooming appointments prior to boarding. When booking, please be specific in what you are wanting, and when you need it done.
